How Often? Depends on trees etc.
Does gutter guard work? If it worked I would be selling it. Maybe in a very heavily tree’d area it may
stop cleaning for 12-18 months, and then it all rots. It makes a great soil under gutter guard, grows
fantastic grass and weeds.
We clean double story, triple story, doesn’t matter because we are fully trained at safe work at
heights, and licensed to operate EPV vehicles.
Block on s bends are impossible to clean by hand, we vacuum downpipes clean of blocks.
They should be cleaned every 3-5 years depending on the condition of gutters and maintenance ect. We vacuum all tanks then pressure wash inside and DO NOT use an chemicals.
Chimneys & Flues should be cleaned every 12 months for safety purposes and peace of mind. We check the condition of heaters, flu’s, open fires and woodstoves. We also supply and fit chimney cowls to stop birds and fly’s, wind and rain.
Having gutters and spouts thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis keeps things running smooth.
There's no need to put up with slow draining pits and drains. A thorough clean will restore drainage to original.
